Work methods
Four steps to the goal

Activity through training and workshops
- Each training is preceded by the assessment of needs of the organization and/or training participants
- Work in groups of 8 to 12 people supervised by one or two trainers
- 1, 2 or 3-day competence training
- Several hours of interactive lectures
- Proprietary training materials
- Attractive work methods that engage body, mind and emotions:
– case studies with solutions for a specific team or company
– strategic games and simulations
– outdoor activities
– creative techniques for problem solving
– tasks in subgroups
– moderated discussions
– minilectures
– work with a questionnaire
– role-plays
– working with a video camera
– analysis of educational and fiction films
– self-evaluation of groups and/or individuals
– deepened analysis of insights after completion of the exercise
– on-the-job training
– post-training implementation workshops - Post-training reports on groups potential and recommendations for the participants and their superiors
- Follow up — a way to verify and provide support for implementation of newly acquired skills
- We combine our trainings in cycles, so that they help develop complex sets of practical skills
