Our advice and training offer includes planning and implementation of corporate projects co-financed by the European Social Fund, Human Capital Programme.
This allows our clients to implement comprehensive, informed training policy and save up to 80% of their training budget.
Depending on client’s needs and arrangements made, INTEGRA Consulting can act as:
1. Application Author (our support is then limited to preparing and filing the application for the company; the company would carry out the project independently).
2. Project Leader in cooperation with the company (representing the company, project management and preparation of financial documentation for Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Submeasure 2.1.1) as well as for the Employment Agency for Wielkopolska Region (Submeasure 8.1.1)).
3. Project Partner (in this case, the company is the Project Leader and bears full responsibility to the Intermediate Body for completing project tasks; INTEGRA Consulting is responsible for completing training tasks, agreed on by both parties in the partnership agreement).
4. Subcontractor (INTEGRA Consulting is performing only training and consulting tasks, billing only completed tasks).
The quality of services related to design and implementation of INTEGRA Consulting projects co-financed by ESF is based on three projects completed as a part of SOP Human Resources Development (SPO RZL, 2005–2008), four projects completed as a part of Human Capital Programme (POKL, since 2008), and on continuous and comprehensive development of our project team.
Effectiveness of our work results from using proprietary consulting and training project execution methodology, which is in full compliance with Project Cycle Management methodology recommended by the European Commission.
We effectively acquire funds from the European Social Fund and seamlessly execute projects. For our clients, we have acquired from SPO RZL (2006–2008) and from POKL (2007–2013) a total sum of 7 092 857 PLN.
