INTEGRA Business Trainers School
We have been organizing and running trainings for 15 years. Our trainers are not only experts in their respective fields and have highly developed educational skills, but are also eager to teach, share knowledge and skills with individuals who have just started their trainer’s work or want to develop further in this area.
This is the reason why we founded INTEGRA Business Trainers School (STBI). We have already completed the second edition of the program. The participants of our workshops are beginners in the field, as well as internal trainers, HR personnel, academics and managers.
We offer them a practical knowledge on designing and providing training sessions, we also encourage them to reflect on their personal trainers skills.
THE STBI OFFER COMPRISES OF:
- Comprehensive background on teaching adults in organizations (sharing knowledge and skills, influencing attitudes, strengthening values while performing day-to-day activities and in professional situations)
- Opportunity to learn from team of experts — business trainers with great experience
- Opportunity to design one’s own training under supervision of an experienced trainer; an opportunity to prove oneself in trainer’s role
- Opportunity to receive interesting training materials and to gain knowledge that will be necessary on the later stage of independent work
- Coherent concept of trainer’s work in the following areas: personal development, knowledge on trainer’s skill set and rules governing the operation of an organization.
