For whom?

Are you wondering how to motivate your team and what it takes to build commitment? How do you build proactive and responsible attitudes in your team? How do you make your teams work more effectively and your employees care about the business results? What should you do to improve work satisfaction? What is teamwork really all about and why is it so difficult to implement?

”Team Impulse” is a program designed by the managers and intended for the managers, as they know best what their teams truly need. This project is based on an assumption that external consultants (Integra Consulting Poland) know the questions, methods and mechanisms that appear in other companies and the managers (you) can make them more meaningful. We see an organization as an organism that requires individual approach in order to develop full potential.

Participation in our courses will not only allow you to see the big picture of the organization and notice strengths, weaknesses and bottlenecks but also, along with a group of managers, to create a solid action plan to help you overcome the existing limitations. Every manager participating in the project will become its co-author. This means real changes in the organization – teams will break down the silo mentality and think strategically about management. Staff competencies, commitment and work satisfaction will improve.

For whom?

Main goal of this project is to build a strong management team focused on the common goal and supportive of the strategy accomplishment. During the first workshop you will achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn about the concept of building efficient and collaborative teams;
  • Determine team resources – its strengths, weaknesses and limitations. Find out what causes them and what the consequences are;
  • Determine development needs of the team and the organization;
  • Improve the cooperation quality in the management team;
  • Find out what influence your behavior has on the accomplished results, work quality and team members’ attitudes.

During the workshop we will mainly refer to the resources and the organizational needs (real situations). We strive to ensure that the specific visions, goals, strategies, plans and rules created during the workshop directly impact the improvement of team efficiency and the accomplished organizational goals.

Having completed the workshop, along with the consultants, you will define the specific needs of the organization and the teams. Sample subjects of the remaining workshops are:

  • Team identity and building synergic cooperation;
  • Communication that builds trust;
  • Roles and functions of a manager versus company strategy;
  • Promoting commitment through task management;
  • Personal efficiency and the efficiency of your team;
  • Conducting development conversations and motivating;
