We participate in „Konferencja Kadry” for the first time;

Trainer Hanna Malinowska and finance specialist Ewa Berdychowska join our team – both still working for Integra. Previously Marek Markowicz, founder of our company, conducted all trainings;

First company headquarters is registered at Jarochowskiego in Poznan;

Magdalena Rybarczyk-Dominas joins our sales team – also still working for Integra;

We move to the new location at Piękna Street;

Monika Borowicz joins our team as a consultant;

Integra receives a “Fair Play Company” Certificate for the first time;

Integra gets an honorable mention in a competition for companies investing in human capital as well as an honorary title of “Primus Inter Pares”;

First rebranding of our company – the name of „Integra”. Ośrodek Treningów i Konsultacji (Training and Consulting Center) becomes history. We are now called „Integra Consulting Poland”;

We move to the new location at Ściegiennego Street;

Our training experience helps us better match people to the organization. Therefore, the next step in Integra’s development is creating the Integra Recruitment team.

We move to our current location. From a single-family house to the office building at Gorki 7 in Poznan.

Starting this year, Integra business offer becomes truly comprehensive. We offer not only trainings, recruitment and selection but we also improve processes in the organization. Hiring lean consultants allows us to create a new department – Integra Lean;

We celebrate our 20th anniversary. We invited our customers to workshops and to join us for a gala celebration at Andersia Hotel;

We get a title of “Training Company of the Year” in training companies ranking from “Gazeta Finansowa”

We organize HR picnic in the spring – an event for our customers with numerous workshops showing what we really do;

We organize a Training quartet - yet another event for our customers (representatives of the HR departments) organized simultaneously in 4 cities: Poznan, Gdansk, Warsaw and Wroclaw;

We organize our first webinar hosted by Marek Małkowicz. Subject: Neuroleadership and the development of the leadership competencies;

Suddenly we woke up to a new reality. However, the COVID-19 pandemic doesn’t clip our wings. We start developing trainings online. These are our beginnings 😉

We signed the Diversity Charter. This international initiative is coordinated in Poland by the Responsible Business Forum. Its main goal is to promote committing to non-discrimination and to manage diversity in the workplace;

Another company rebranding to celebrate our 25th anniversary. During the workshops we develop new values, mission, vision and, as a result of this entire project, we change our logo, color schemes and come up with newer marketing materials.
