Work-life balance is a state in which our life consists of various complementary activities that create a coherent, synergic unity. Balance between personal and work life is beneficial for our goals, needs and expectations; it is also aligned with our principles and values.

Integra Consulting Poland supports employees and organizations in creating healthy and satisfying work environment, one that enables growth, reinforces and motivates to effectively achieve business and personal goals.

Naturally, we are aware that in the modern world stress cannot be avoided or eliminated. As a matter of fact, it is actually helpful as it allows people to adapt to the changing conditions. However, prolonged stress, lasting for weeks or months, caused by problems at home or at work can become a serious problem. Our work-life balance courses teach how to build mental resilience and improve your self-esteem. We are the only company in Poland to conduct a job burnout diagnosis in an organizational and personal aspect. Our experience shows that people who know how to cope with stress also manage to find time for their hobbies outside of work, know how to manage their energy; they are simply better employees, able to focus on priorities and approach fulfilling tasks with greater commitment.
