I have been working as a business trainer for 21 years. I run courses related to personal, management and training competencies; I also participate in various consulting projects.
I gained my experience working with middle and high-level managers, salesmen, key specialists and internal trainers. As a trainer, I participate in long-term projects related to personal and professional development of the management staff. I strongly focus on trainings related to the development of personal and managerial skills and individual work: competencies assessment during the Assessment Center and Development Center, personal potential analysis using Extended DISC®. I participated in many various research projects, I co-created and managed the School of Business Trainers STBI Integra.
