I am a business trainer, consultant and certified coach with years of experience. In my work I also use the experience, knowledge and skills gained as a psychologist.
I conduct consulting projects, courses for management staff and individual coaching sessions for executive management. My cooperation with Integra Consulting Poland includes over 2000 days of training, of which 300 were top management courses.
My services include preparation, coordination and management of long-term, complex consulting and training projects for manufacturing companies. I believe in the systemic and process approach and a close cooperation with clients, especially HR specialists and process engineers. I co-created organizational diagnosis based on projection and Extended DISC methods as well as systemic work related to building (changing) organizational culture. I also co-created an original program developing mentoring skills in the organization and building culture of a learning organization.
