I am an HR advisor, certified ICC coach, business trainer and a psychologist.

As a consultant, I specialize in the implementation projects that focus on improving business efficiency of specific business units or entire organizations. In these projects I usually serve as a knowledge expert and implementation project coordinator, creator or co-creator of innovative and creative solutions. In addition, I run projects in form of a workshop related to mastering managerial skills, using assessment center and development center methods.

Main area of expertise:

  •  focus on HR consulting and management staff workshops.

  • I help companies prepare and implement system solutions in the HR area or individual tools that support human resource management.

  • I implement, among others, management systems such as employee evaluation, motivation or competency management.

  • I also assess potential and managerial competencies development:

  • I run assessment center (AC) and development center (DC).

  • I coordinate, moderate and manage work of project teams.

  • I work as a coach, provide individual development sessions and crisis counseling.
