I am a lawyer and business practitioner with 10 years of experience in team management and sales.
I help teams resolve conflicts, both in the formula of individual mediation and facilitated group workshops. I conduct trainings, meetings, coaching and workshops fluently in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
As the manager of the foreign sales network of the largest Tour operator in Poland, I introduced the company to 6 markets and was responsible for the sales results of 900 entities and offices in 6 countries. Since 2015 I have been a consultant and trainer and specialize, m.in in commercial and managerial training, cooperation, conflict resolution, audits and coaching.
