Since 2012 I have been a board member and the Sales Director at DOMAR S.A. Previously, as a sales specialist and area manager I managed sales network of various retails chains in the following industries: furniture, electronics and household appliances.
I prepare and conduct the following types of courses: customer service, sales, service quality, verbal and non-verbal communication, business negotiation and product training. I provide detailed analysis related to employee efficiency and profitability of retail outlets under my supervision. I conduct B2B and B2C sales trainings, workshops of practical presentation of the language of benefits, product features, needs analysis, sales arguments and overcoming sales objections. I teach introduction to negotiation, advanced negotiations, the art of product display along with customer service, sales presentation onsite at a customer location and in front of a large audience. I do sales coaching, complete programs that analyze and increase sales profitability, cross-selling and up-selling, prepare people to run internal product trainings. I conduct hands-on sales training for sales and marketing departments.
My cooperation with Integra Consulting Poland includes over 200 days of training.
