I am a certified coach and business trainer of management and managerial staff, an experienced business practitioner. I am passionate about business psychology, creating an environment conducive to development processes, innovation and implementation of changes.
I prepare and implement development processes for clients from the energy, logistics, transport and legal consulting industries. My main areas of interest are change management – especially resistance to change, personal effectiveness of leaders, leadership, managing difficult teams and social skills. I have held managerial positions in Polish and international companies, I am an academic lecturer and promoter of diploma theses at the Warsaw School of Economics.
