Business trainer and certified coach with years of experience that includes over 7500 training hours working with groups, conducting workshops and group coaching.
He worked, among others, at Komputronik as a trainer and HRBP, Lidl Poland as a manager in the Training and Development Program Department, Volkswagen as a trainer, coach, HRBP and team coordinator. He also conducts individual coaching sessions, gets involved with subjects related to leadership, team leadership, change, team building, sales and customer service, self-management and time-management, assertiveness, personal effectiveness, presentations, influence, persuasion, intervention workshops and customized courses. As an HRBP he implemented development, talent and anti-mobbing programs. He works with company values and organizational DNA.
