Since 2005 I’ve been designing development processes for employees in mid-size and large companies - from production to top management.

. For 6 years I was raising funds and handled training projects co-financed by the European Union. For another 6 years I coordinated training process for a large retail chain. In my current role at Integra Consulting Poland I support and coordinate various development processes: sharing experiences, creating, purchasing and selection of training tools and games, trainers’ work standardization, improving onsite and online training methodology. In addition, I conduct trainings, webinars and online workshops in communication skills, customer service, assertiveness and management. Since 2018 I also offer individual Insights Discovery consultations.
