For the past 12 years he has been conducting training projects for both large corporations and smaller companies. He completed over 1000 training days and prepared over 700 people for IPMA certification level C and D. For 10 years he served as a thesis supervisor and coordinator of Postgraduate Studies in Project Management at the University of Business and Administration of E. Kwiatkowski in Gdynia (WSAiB) - 18 editions. At the beginning of his professional career he was involved in managing marketing projects and organizing large domestic and international business events. As the Director of Operations in a travel agency he gained experience in enterprise transformation, IT implementations and controlling. He specializes in practical workshop trainings in the area of planning, risk, finance and teamwork in projects. His training activities and examples are based on real business situations experienced by the participants in their everyday work.
