Over the past years I’ve been supporting people’s development - I have corporate experience as an internal trainer and coach, I am also a lecturer. I work with managers, sales teams, talented individuals and I offer individual coaching sessions, focusing on synergy and cooperation.
I specialize in trainings in the following areas: management, motivation, public speaking and presentations, train the trainer, coaching for managers and sales departments, individual sessions. As a coach and FRIS Styles of Thinking certified trainer I use this methodology to create development processes that will improve communication and cooperation within teams. I design and prepare development programs using numerous training methods, I search for opportunities that will help companies achieve their set goals, release joy, promote commitment and enthusiasm among the employees.
