To understand the mechanism of persuasion, one must understand the cognitive reactions of a human being when hearing a message, and be aware of how the receiver interprets the message and reacts to it. There is no single way to do it, as so many factors affect cognitive differences – temperament type, personal and emotional situation or so called “metaprograms”.

“Power of persuasion and influence” course is aimed at professionals who want to learn the effective persuasion: knowingly select arguments to make a point and learn how to listen to others.

This course is also for people who can’t get their point across, convince their boss to accept their ideas or for those able to force their opinions but hoping to rather persuade others to commitment and responsibility.

Main goal of this course is to learn the basic and advanced techniques of influencing others and use them in the process of communication with the subordinates, supervisors or co-workers.
