I have been a licensed trainer of TROP School of Trainers, member of the Polish Psychological Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne).
As a trainer and consultant I focus on trainings related to developing leadership and sales skills. I have a vast experience in running individual and group courses, I conducted numerous „Train the Trainers” workshops for sales managers in international corporations. I also have extensive experience as a coach, focusing mainly on managerial coaching.
I have practical skills in sales team management, as well as mid-size company management in the financial sector and FMCG industry. I worked as a salesman and sales manager for many years; I was also a board member. I am a negotiator, experienced in using various sales methods and handling various customers.
My cooperation with Integra Consulting Poland includes over 2000 days of training.
