I have over 20 years of experience as a business trainer.
I gained my practical experience working for international corporations (Bahlsen Sp. z o.o. – currently Lorenz and Amplico AIG Life – currently Life Med). In my consulting, training and coaching work I interact with managers of all levels and boards of directors. I truly enjoy helping companies implement effective and inspiring leadership methods, creating coherent leadership standards and supporting organizations with ongoing daily implementation process
I take great pleasure in helping young managers in the process of taking on management duties and functions. My daily tasks include projects related to improving cooperation skills in sales, customer service, vendor relations and internally - in employee management. My work involves the NVC methodology in business (Nonviolent Communication). I believe in the individual approach to employee motivation that includes their natural talents, continuous and consistent skills development through adequate actions of the managers (Extended DISC® behavioral model) and in employee development according to Kenneth Blanchard’s model. I welcome any opportunity to get involved in actions aimed at improving the quality of cooperation within the organization through building effective and tight-knit teams and improving the interdepartmental communication (Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team model really speaks to me). My cooperation with Integra Consulting Poland includes over 4000 days of training.
