I am a business trainer, coach, mediator and advisor with 24 years of experience.
I work with boards of directors, managers and specialist in sales, manufacturing and service companies. I conduct hands-on trainings aimed at increasing self-awareness, gaining knowledge, improving skills and attitudes. I completed over 400 complex, multistage competency development projects, including series of management, communication and cooperation trainings. I assist my clients in process improvement and problem solving. I advise how to implement changes, increase commitment, responsibility and employee independence. I identify natural talents and asses development potential. In my work I use proven diagnostic tools, including Extended DISC® behavioral assessment and mental resilience MTQplus, Transactional Analysis and Nonviolent Communication. I am a certified assessor in competency projects. Over the past 18 years I completed over 120 individual coaching sessions for managers. I prepare employees for the role of internal trainers. I know the specifics of how business works inside out – I gained my work experience as the HR Manager in new technologies and finance sector.
