 „30 days to effectiveness” is a monthly online course of sales skills designed for the sales departments. The course includes daily activities to help improve the sales skills of the members of the sales teams. Some of the activities include, among others, goal setting, creating a daily plan of action and its analysis, development support, daily individual consultations and feedback for each course participant, discussing the team’s progress and each sales person’s results with their supervisor.

 „30 days to effectiveness” is a unique form of training to help you develop sales skills. Main goal of this course is to go through an intensive skills training and to analyze various difficult situations. Participants receive continuous feedback and support from the consultant who works with the sales department to help achieve set goals.

Main objectives of the sales skills course:

  • Improve and monitor sales skills through mini-trainings;
  • Daily remote consultations with the coach who supports the sales process every step of the way, adjusting solutions to the individual competencies, goals and challenges;
  • Work with a coach during your actual working hours – online and over the phone;
  • Online consulting and advisory activities – development of personal and sales competencies;
  • Support and relief – sales managers will receive support with on-going motivation and task execution, continuous support of goal accomplishment;

  • Course will be summarized during a conversation with a supervisor, followed by an individual feedback on results and progress of each sales representative
