From a salesman’s point of view, direct face-to-face meetings with customers are the most effective. But what about the on-premises sales, using mainly remote sales tools such as: email, phone, social selling, video and telephone conference?

Under these circumstances, attracting new customers can be very difficult. Moreover, with remote and hybrid work becoming more and more popular, traditional cold calling doesn’t seem to do the trick anymore. COVID-19 pandemic has also changed meetings, as many of your partners prefer not to meet in person but rather have the offer presented during an online meeting. What do you do to you present yourself in a professional way and maximize all possibilities?

Sales departments are now facing a new challenge: how to effectively reach the customers and professionally present their offer. Are you looking for new ways of attracting customers and want to develop social selling knowledge among your sales representatives? Social media offer not only entertainment but also numerous sales opportunities. According to Hootsuite report, the average time spent online is 6 hours and 26 minutes per day. This fact is worth noticing – increase your chances of being seen and gain business advantage!

However, social media contact is not enough to close a sale - it is merely a good start. More direct approach is required. During our course we will teach you how to properly use all available methods of contact – phone, email or video presentations. For whom?

”Inside sales” program consists of 4 workshops:

  1. „Social Selling in modern sales” – we will present the possibilities of using LinkedIn platform as a channel helping you attract new customers and support sales activities.

  2. „Telephone sales” – we will work on transferring communication with the established contacts (or potential online leads) over to phone conversation. Their goal will be to effectively present an offer and close a sale as a result.

  3. „The role of electronic communication and presentation in sales” – we will work on creating emails that will clearly confirm and summarize previous phone arrangements. We will teach you how to create presentations that attract customers’ attention and focus them on key elements.

  4. „Savoir-vivre in remote meetings and sales presentations” – we will use knowledge gained in the third workshop and work on improving and maintaining a professional image during the video conference presentation.
