Trying to accomplish too much you start losing focus, can’t control your own time or even the feeling of hunger or satiety. Add chronic tension and stress. Slowly, more negative results start to emerge, lowering your efficiency and making your life difficult. You become oversensitive and lose your grip too easily, react with strong negative emotions, cause conflict and push people away. Sleep or time off work don’t seem to help you rest or relax.

Dr. Stanley Block is the founder of an innovative model based on the studies of the mind that connects the body with the mind. He called it Mind-Body-Bridging and described it in a well-known book “Come to Your Senses: Demystifying the Mind Body Connection”.

If you previously participated in any training or coaching projects and you already have the basic communication, management and leadership skills, MBB coaching (Mind-Body-Bridging) will a good choice for you. This course can be also beneficial to people who need more advanced development tools to try and do the work themselves, through reading, self-reflection or experience sharing.

Our course is divided into 6 individual or group sessions. Each of them lasts 1 to 2.5 hours (6 to 14 hours all together). After each session you will complete assignments that will require daily focus for about 20-30 minutes and making notes of your progress. The next session starts with a summary of your conclusions from the weekly exercises.

Coaching MBB uses the following methods: self-observation, mind map, micro-meditation and self-instruction. These methods are completely safe as they don’t require you to pour your heart out, reopen old wounds, dig into your childhood memories or struggle with a ton of questions.
