Consulting and implementation projects lean

Our activities include consulting and support in the following areas:

• Analysis and identification of the current situation and improvement potential based on Lean Management (manufacturing plant/service area/ soft skills);
• Reinforcing the organizational culture aimed at continuous improvement of the organization based on lean tools implementation. Projects are aimed at solving specific problems in the organization, considering the specifics of the company operations;
• Pilot projects in the selected company areas i.e. production and maintenance, quality department, supply chain/ distribution, logistics and warehouse, development department, technology and engineering department, administration and offices;
• Support in determining ways of improvement company operations through proper training selection. Create training strategies and annual plans, train future internal trainers (Train the Trainer);
• Reorganize and design production lines and work cells. Designing can apply to a single line, logistic processes as well as the entire plant;
• Standardize processes in the organization;
• Knowledge management based on standardization using TWI Job Instruction methodology;
• Team skills management considering individual development, process security and achieving goals;
• Build quality in the organization, minimize mistakes and corrective actions;
• Stabilize processes using Six sigma and SPC methodology;
• Cost accounting and management. Economic indicators and measurements in the aspect of production and service cost management and break-even analysis.
