Lean – process development
Our project support is based on 70/20/10 model by M. McCall, R. Eichinger and M. Lombardo.
Effective implementation project is characterized by the fact that it covers “time in between the workshops” (based on the development model – 70/20/10). That’s why it is really important to plan, together with the organization (and in line with the organization capabilities), the final shape of the project in terms of internal support, so that planned actions are realistic because only realistic actions can contribute to real changes.
We know from experience that action plan (organizational support – mostly the support of project participants’ supervisors) that isn’t fully executed due to the excessive number of tasks, lowers the importance of the project and contributes to lower commitment to process improvement and development of the project participants.
Our activities include consulting and support in the following areas:
Consulting and lean implementation projects will be executed through individualized implementation assignments and PDCA action plan managed by the project participants. To boost intensity and effectiveness of implemented changes, we suggest that the project participants also attend Lean Leadership sessions.
It is our mission to improve and listen to the needs of various organizations and employees. That’s why when we think about results, we think about people - we fix the system, not the people. We respect the end goal and help your business grow. Satisfied people in growing companies is what we strive for when we start working with our clients. If you’d like to find out what we can offer
