The purpose of lean simulation game is to teach the skills of recognizing process waste and practical application of lean tools. The simulation reveals the influence of the PUSH system and the transformation into lean PULL management, which directly affect company cash flow and reduce lead time. Participants who physically assemble products will notice waste in their processes and the implementation of the lean tools will allow them to actually appreciate the improvement in terms of: reduced workload, ergonomics, work in progress (WIP).
