Lean – process development

Lean Six Sigma projects

Lean Six Sigma is the most effective methodology of process improvement that allows you to receive fantastic results in terms of improving product and service quality, poor quality cost reduction (COPQ), process implementation cost reduction or improving customer satisfaction. Lean Six Sigma combines the advantages of two quality management philosophies – Six Sigma aimed at systematically reducing variation, and Lean Manufacturing aimed at eliminating redundant activities from the process as well as removing all waste within a manufacturing system.
