What are the benefits?

What are the benefits?

JWe only find out how much we need a mutual agreement when, despite the good intentions, the conversation goes in a less desirable direction than we had hoped. NVC is a way of building consensus with respect for yourself and others, no matter whether it is a co-worker, supervisor or a close relative. Consensus is more than just a conversation and advanced communication techniques. It is a way of perceiving, thinking, feeling and behaving, including expressing needs or requests.
