”Coaching on the job” is an individual support program for management competencies in a real work environment of a leader/supervisor/manager. It combines two activities: simultaneous workplace training and coaching. The great advantage of coaching is that we do not distract you from the daily tasks - learning and work go hand in hand. At the beginning of the coaching process, using the competency profile, we will define competency gaps with you and your supervisor.

How does coaching process work? The coach participates in your daily tasks, continuously observes your behaviors and analyzes the potential consequences of your reactions or lack thereof, providing the necessary feedback. Together you search for solutions and ways to perform your tasks differently – in a more efficient way. After each coaching session you will get an assignment to be completed in between the sessions. The remaining sessions are focused on further observing your behaviors and solving current problems at work.

Main goal of ”Coaching on the job” course is a permanent improvement of the management process and effectiveness in many aspects, with future goals and tasks in mind. What else?

During ”Coaching on the job” course we focus our attention on the observation and implementations that will allow you to modify the existing work and management methods. During the individual sessions we will work on optimal models of action suitable for a specific situation, we will revalidate tools that are currently being used, identify and correct the participants’ attitudes involving, among others, management style, communication style and the cooperation quality.

Work methodology we use is based on reinforcing the desired behavioral and attitude changes, as well as actively searching for new, innovative work methods and solutions applicable for production team management.
