Are you an entry-level manager? Are you faced with the difficult job of building a team and improving your authority? We know from experience that the ability to maintain balance between support and challenge is crucial when building your power of authority, but at the same time it remains one of the most difficult things to do for most people. We will help you with this demanding task!

”From specialist to manager” course is based on the situational leadership theory by K. Blanchard – a key model associated with effective team management and basic knowledge related to the motivational levels by H. Kelman.

During training we will take a close look at the entire scope of management tasks, with a strong focus on two aspects – learning about models and tools that will make your daily management easier and becoming more aware of the impact your own actions and behaviors have on the results achieved by your team.

For whom?

Main goal of this course is to improve the leader’s authority through establishing and developing management skills in working with a team. What else?

  • Learn about management tools that support fulfilling the roles and functions of a manager, including authority building;
  • Strengthen the awareness of your role as a manager, areas of your responsibility and the influence your behavior has on creating commitment and responsibility attitude among employees;
  • Develop various management styles and learn about the consequences for employee attitudes and motivation;
  • Complete training that will teach you how to assign tasks and motivate at the same time, using the situational leadership model. Learn and practise various execution methods;
  • Learn and practise how to give feedback, monitor and execute tasks in a supportive and corrective way.
