During ”Process Leadership” training we will focus on 5 key aspects of every production company, in line with the indicators and tools required by the organization:

Main objectives of this course:
”Process Leadership” sessions take place in real work environment and use real life scenarios. The consultant participates in all operational activities. Each session ends with feedback and establishing tasks to be accomplished - in terms of process and skills improvement, as well as employee growth.
