Creativity is human potential that should be continuously trained and improved. It is formed when organizational culture is being adapted to best use this potential - through stimulation and appreciation of people’s diversity, ideas and strategies. Main goal of “Creativity and innovative thinking” course is to learn about the possibilities of using non-standard creative thinking techniques in terms of individual and group work. What else?
Our workshop is mainly based on group assignments, using various tools and techniques of creative thinking with an individual approach. In addition, you will also improve the cooperation skills which are absolutely indispensable to innovation. Main objective of the assignments is to experience various behaviors and mechanisms related to building a collaborative and synergic team, analyze and draw conclusions regarding the cooperation, and finally create an action plan that can be implemented in the company to improve the cooperation.
Pure knowledge of tools and techniques of creative thinking without the possibility to practically implement them in the organization isn’t enough to promote and develop the culture of innovation in the company.
