We offer systemic actions that will diagnose and eliminate the causes of job burnout in the organization. Our project not only assists employees in teaching them techniques that can relieve stress and cure burnout, but it also helps reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
There is a popular belief that job burnout is a problem of an individual and that the employees feel burnt out due to their own weaknesses or personality, behavior and productivity imperfections. From this perspective, many unaware organizations often assume that people are the problem. According to research by Krystyna Maslach, it is quite the opposite.
Job burnout is not a problem of the employees, but of the social surroundings in which they work and function. Workplace structure and operational style shape the way people cooperate and perform their job. When the organization fails to notice the evolving needs of the employee, job burnout risk increases, as well as the price the company might potentially pay for it in the future.

If you notice frustration, chronic fatigue, lack of work satisfaction and a low level of commitment in yourself or your team members, it might be the early sign of job burnout. People affected by this phenomenon struggle with intensive pressure or uncertainty, during the meetings they seem cynical, aggravated, irritated and absent-minded.
