Lean Leadership (LL) is an individual support of an external coach/mentor whose role is to inspire to implement changes relating to the management quality and use new skills acquired during the workshops and implementations projects in order to optimize processes and achieve great business results.
During Lean Leadership session we focus on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), quality, leadership, standards of people and production management, in line with the current company indicators and tools. Lean Leadership sessions support the daily implementation of skills developed in trainings and workshops. The main objective is to build awareness of accepting responsibility for the results, quality of teamwork and the level of team commitment.
Lean Leadership is a type of individual support of an external coach/mentor. Bringing in an external auditor increases chances of identifying a source of low effectiveness and communication problems. The coach is not only a qualified professional but also someone without any connections to the company, therefore able to make a fair judgment. After observations and analysis it is time to prepare a coaching strategy. Thanks to gathered information, a mentor is able to select an individual support program, tailored to the company needs. We are fully aware that coaching based on the universal patterns seldom gives a desired result. Every company is different – therefore, when we use one of the methods established in the professional literature, we make sure it is optimal in terms of individual needs.
