Competency model can be used for:

  • Recruitment and hiring (helps with the interviews or assessment center);
  • Employee development management (evaluate skills and potential, enhance employee development program, get answers to the following questions: “who should be trained and in what area?”);
  • Employee evaluation (helps build a competence evaluation questionnaire based on the needs and requirements of the organization, offers a possibility to use them in self-evaluation process, 180° and 360° review).

Creating a competency model begins with a thorough analysis of the organization. We suggest a workshop training for the HR managers. Together, we start creating a list of key competencies and select a competence model, work on the foundations of the competence system and build a competency catalogue.

We work together with the organization at each stage of the process, presenting progress and solutions, and modifying them as needed. Created system will take many factors into consideration, such as: the size and the specifics of the organization, type of business, strategic goals and applicable job requirements.
