During training we will present tools that corporate buyers use to prepare for negotiations (Kraljic matrix, Dutch windmill model, 11CS model, 0-10 model, CBD model, z-score +).
Tactics buyers use on each level of the cooperation – during bidding, negotiating contractual penalties, influencing suppliers;
Attractiveness perceived by clients and suppliers (Dutch windmill model);
Supplier wants to increase the price – what do you do? Buyers price defense techniques;
Negotiation tactics – presentation of specific tactics and examples of how to practically use them;
Understand negotiations from the buyer’s perspective, learn how to detect bluff and a real need of a buyer;
During our training, participants will play several games based on real life events, taking turns playing a role of a buyer or a seller. After each game session our coach will provide feedback and tips on what to do next.
Our coach, along with the participants, will reflect on the model of building business relationships – win-win or “squeezing the lemons”.
