In this day and age, in unpredictable and ambiguous times, empathetic leadership seems a good way to increase a sense of security, minimize strenuous and stressful situations. It also allows employees to fully benefit from their potential, mutual help and support.

Having worked with so many clients we have noticed that EMPATHETIC LEADERSHIP is a new managerial skill 5.0. One should remember that no matter how we look at the current situation, it is a crisis one, if only due to the increased sense of tension related to the shaken sense of security. Our course considers these aspects as well, however the final version is based on your specific needs.
Empathetic management consists of several crucial skills (understanding variety, emotional intelligence, inspiration, composure, ability to set boundaries) but mainly it is a certain attitude that we focus on during our course. Skills and tools can be helpful and may improve the attitude, especially by giving courage in communication based on the “radical candor” program by K. Scott. We would like the managers, through their own reflection, to discover their inner strength to lead their teams.
