Lean audit takes place in a real work environment (manufacturing plant, supporting areas, offices) and includes process observation and meetings with the employees, leaders and managers. It lasts anywhere from one to several days, the duration depends on the audited area and business specifics.

Scope of work

Audit summary report provides guidelines verifying the level of implementation, describes the direction of optimization actions and includes lean cost accounting to help improve operational business results.
