The implementation of one piece flow means not only continuous flow of parts but also building quality into the assembly process (zero quality errors), as well as optimizing logistics that supplies assembly lines with components and materials. This approach enables the fastest order processing thanks to eliminating wait time for specific parts. All of these actions are aimed at reducing costs, maximizing efficiency and immediately detecting and correcting all errors.
