Mobbing prevention

As of January 1, 2004 all employers are required by law to prevent mobbing and implement anti-mobbing policies as described in art. 94. 3 of the Labour Code. What does mobbing mean? Mobbing is a long-term, persistent harassment towards a co-worker. As a result, mobbing creates an unfavourable employee perception, makes him/her feel degraded and humiliated, as well isolated from others.
