Lean – process development
Problem solving is the process of determining the root causes of unwelcome situations that arise in the production and administration areas. Systematic problem solving as soon as it appears, in the actual physical location, is the most efficient way to continuous process improvement. However, it turns out that it is more of a thorough analysis, rather than a simple search for solutions to crisis situations.

Problem solving clarifies the definition of a problem, specifies the course of action and allows for a continuous monitoring of the implementation process. Using tools such as Ishikawa diagram, Pareto, PDCA, 5xWhy, RPN one can reduce and eliminate problems that arise in the organization.
The structure of direct actions is based on DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Check) that aims at finding the root cause, implementing steps that will eliminate the cause and stabilizing all processes.
