Building a synergic team is a foundation for a modern approach to management and achieving measurable business results. With this in mind, and relying on P. Lencioni’s model, we have prepared a project that can help you develop management, interpersonal and personal skills for a group of selected talented individuals in the organization.

For whom?

How do you support the potential of talented and predisposed to perform key tasks employees in the organization? This is an important question not only in terms of the organizational growth, but also in terms of maintaining high employee motivation.

Main idea of this project is to develop management competencies in a group of selected talented people, focusing on shaping their attitudes and practical, habitual use of modern management methods in everyday work.

Building a conscious attitude of a leader, shaping self-confidence and the authority of management staff through developing personal, interpersonal and management competencies;
Increased awareness in terms of the responsibility for results, team and growth on each level of management;
Get to know and develop modern management tools (based on the situational leadership model, modern theories of non-financial motivation etc.);
Increased awareness of the impact of communication that builds trust on team building;
Increased awareness of the impact of teamwork quality on achieved results;
Improved proactive attitudes and a better awareness of how your own behaviors influence building synergic and goal-oriented teams;
Increased awareness of the impact of the management skills on shaping a commitment attitude within your team;
Improved ability to analyze, solve conflict and problems using modern tools;
Learn about the rules and develop skills to manage conflict;
Improve the ability to organize your own work and the work of your team;
Develop process management skills.

What are the benefits?

Participation in talent development project can also be a form of reward and employee appreciation. Therefore in our programs we included some elements causing positive emotions and integrating the team. Participation in such event is also a form of recharging your batteries, allowing you to keep your distance from the everyday routine on the one hand, and on the other hand giving your strength to face new challenges.

Ability to build your authority based on your own resources and management competencies;
Better work organization;
Proactive approach to problems and difficult situations with the employees; learn how to handle problems better;
Knowledge of tools of effective analysis and conflict/problem solving, and the ability to properly use them;
Knowledge of the rules of giving feedback, its structure and the ability to properly use it on various levels of the organization;
Courage in making decisions based on facts and their analysis;
Improved mindfulness and openness to the ideas of other people, knowledge and experience sharing;
Ability to diagnose subordinate competencies and, based on the conclusions, eliminating the competency gaps, enabling employee development, adequate task delegation (i.e. instructions, training, coaching) and building succession;
Individual and partnership-based people management, which impacts employee responsibility for achieved results;
Knowledge and ability to use modern process management tools.
