Main idea of this project is to develop management competencies in a group of selected talented people, focusing on shaping their attitudes and practical, habitual use of modern management methods in everyday work.

  • Building a conscious attitude of a leader, shaping self-confidence and the authority of management staff through developing personal, interpersonal and management competencies;
  • Increased awareness in terms of the responsibility for results, team and growth on each level of management;
  • Get to know and develop modern management tools (based on the situational leadership model, modern theories of non-financial motivation etc.);
  • Increased awareness of the impact of communication that builds trust on team building;
  • Increased awareness of the impact of teamwork quality on achieved results;
  • Improved proactive attitudes and a better awareness of how your own behaviors influence building synergic and goal-oriented teams;
  • Increased awareness of the impact of the management skills on shaping a commitment attitude within your team;
  • Improved ability to analyze, solve conflict and problems using modern tools;
  • Learn about the rules and develop skills to manage conflict;
  • Improve the ability to organize your own work and the work of your team;
  • Develop process management skills.
