“The basics of managing a team” is a course based on the concept and model of effective delegation related to effective team management. The participants will learn the meaning of team management: leading employees, ensuring that goals are accomplished and desired results are achieved.

Or perhaps you don’t know how to handle situations when tasks aren’t getting done or they aren’t completed according to prior guidelines and timelines? “The basics of managing a team” course will teach you when and how to use the “hard” management tools, how to give constructive criticism that will not damage the manager-employee relation but will allow the team to accomplish goals and shape an attitude of responsibility.
