Universal approach of TWI method offers skills development not only for the supervisors (foremen, leaders, mid-level managers) but also for other groups of employees such as: internal trainers, engineers, experts, business specialists. TWI program can be applied in production, administration and service areas.
During the first training session (Job Instructions) the participants learn how important it is to properly train the employees and how to establish a set of best practices for getting workers fully-trained. The second training session (Job Methods) focuses on how to create and implement various ideas that help with the implementation of the selected methods. During the third session (Job Relations) the participants learn how to handle employee-supervisor relations and how to build conscious leadership.
